Returns/refunds
Each piece of works is well-inspected before mailing out. If you have encountered defects or faulty products, you have 7 days upon receipt of your work to apply for a refund. According to the regulations of Consumer Affairs Victoria, we don't have to accept a return or a replacement, or to give a refund if consumers simply change their minds about a product. When asking for a refund, please email hello@kurashicrafts.com, specify a reason why, and return the work in the condition in which it arrived. Please be noted that as our works are handcrafted in the sense of artists’ styles, shapes and finishes may not be the definition of a perfect condition for our works. All images on our website are for only references because each single piece of works doesn't look exactly the same.
All items must be returned in "as-new" condition in their original packaging. Items that show wear and tear will not be accepted for refund. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping fees as well as any other expenses incurred to return the item to Kurashi Japanese Crafts.
