Each pair of wool felted shoes follows with an organic dust bag with the logo "Hemskor" designed by internationally renowned calligraphy artist Veronica Halim.

Made in Yamanashi, Japan

Compositions:

100% wool sourced from mountain sheep living in the Alps - this wool is completely undyed and the structure of the fibres does not change during the production process. Thus, the highest level of natural quality is well retained. It is not carbonized or bleached, just washed gently with water and olive soap.

Outsole: urethane foam material - with excellent durability, vibration and shock absorption; moderate cushioning and flexibility; no rattling sound when walking; doesn't contain silicon or sulphur; no rubber odour; flame-retardant.

Introduction: By carefully selecting the best wool material which rarely gets lints and piling, the wool felt materials are all manufactured by using the water from Mt. Yatsugatake region and olive laurel soap. This special handmade process makes the wool felt materials become a lot softer, warmer and more breathable than the felt products made by machines and chemicals. For the outsole, Hemuki-san is particular about materials with moderate cushioning, thickness, heat insulation and durability. Each pair of indoor shoes is precisely hand-sewn without using any adhesive. By thickening the wool felt material under the heel, it allows better flexibility for different shapes of feet and improves the fits. Wool felted shoes can be worn comfortably with bare feet all year round.

Care instructions:

Indoor shoes are designed and made for walking on flooring, carpet and tile surfaces, it's not suitable to wear them outdoor.

For cleaning, as this wool felt is antifouling and water repellent, it's not easy to get dirty. If you want to wash the wool felted shoes after using for a long time, you can soak the shoes in cold or lukewarm water and press them very gently. Please don't scrub the fabric as it may cause felting and shrinkage. Please don't use any chemical detergents. Please dry your shoes naturally under shade and keep them in their original shapes. Piling may occur after washing. You can remove it by using a lint remover or a pair of scissors. For storing, it's advisable to add insect repellent bags to avoid mold holes.
